Walundi started in 2013 as a small pattern studio — three pattern makers obsessed with how a legging should fit and move. Today we run a 18,000m² facility producing for 300+ global brands, but the obsession hasn't changed.

We chose to specialize in yoga and activewear only. Not because it's the easiest market, but because depth beats breadth when brands trust you with their identity.

What's your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Sample MOQ: 1 piece. Order a single piece in any of our 14 stock fabrics to validate the design before bulk. Bulk MOQ: 30 pieces per style, per colorway — far lower than the industry-standard 100–500. How long does sampling take?
7–10 working days for standard fits. Up to 21 days for custom fabric development with lab-dyed colors. Sample fee is refundable on bulk order. We do unlimited revision rounds — no extra charges for fit adjustments.
What's your standard lead time for bulk?
30–45 days from approved sample to ex-factory, depending on order size and customization. We hit 98% on-time delivery across 2,400+ orders shipped in 2024. We share a live production tracker so you can see daily progress.
What payment terms do you accept?
30% deposit on order confirmation, 70% balance before shipment. Wire transfer (T/T), Letter of Credit (L/C at sight), and PayPal for sample orders only. For repeat customers, we offer Net 30 terms after 3 successful orders.
Do you offer OEM and private label?
Yes — both. Bring your tech pack and we produce to spec (OEM), or work with our R&D team to develop a fully custom collection from scratch (ODM). Private label includes custom labels, hang tags, packaging, and care labels at MOQ 500.
Can you ship directly to my 3PL or Amazon FBA?
Yes. We routinely ship DDP to Amazon FBA in US, UK, Germany, France, and Japan. For 3PL warehouses, we coordinate with your nominated forwarder or use ours. Full export documentation, FNSKU labeling, and case-pack specs all handled in-house.
Do you protect my designs and IP?
Absolutely. We sign NDAs before any design exchange. Your patterns, tech packs, and finished designs are stored on our internal server only — never shared with other clients, never used for our own products. We can also sign exclusivity agreements for specific styles.
